Every Haient loudspeaker carries a 5-year warranty. The warranty is transferable and follows the serial number, not the original owner.
Speakers are crated in double-walled plywood and shipped by insured freight. European deliveries are typically two weeks after completion. At the moment we do not sell outside europe.
Speakers are built to order in ten to twelve weeks.
Every board is different, and we prefer it that way. We will send a small physical sample of your chosen finish before we begin. No two pairs of Haient speakers will ever look identical — this is part of the design.
We offer a fourteen-day home audition on standard models within the EU. Returns are collected at our expense in original packaging.
Dust with a soft dry cloth. Once a year, re-apply a thin coat of the plant oil we supply with every pair. Never use furniture polish, silicone spray, or any solvent-based cleaner. In dry climates, place a small bowl of water nearby during winter.
