Every Haient loudspeaker carries a 2-year warranty. The warranty is transferable and follows the serial number, not the original owner.
We ship within Finland to the EU.
When the order is ready, they are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
At the moment we do not ship outside the EU.
Speakers are built to order in about 2 - 3 months.
Every board is different, and we prefer it that way. No two pairs of Haient speakers will ever look identical — this is part of the design.
We offer a fourteen-day home audition on standard models within the EU.
Dust with a soft dry cloth. Once a year, re-apply a thin coat of the plant oil. Never use furniture polish, silicone spray, or any solvent-based cleaner. In dry climates, place a small bowl of water nearby during winter.
