Return and Refund Policy
At Haient Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
- Returns:You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the speaker drivers/components must be in their original, unused condition, free from soldering marks, mounting scratches, or alterations, and in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items:Custom orders, special modifications, or items showing clear signs of installation/use cannot be returned unless defective.
- Return Process:To initiate a return, please contact us at info@haientaudio.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds:Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Damaged or Defective Items:If your order arrives damaged during transport or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the package and item.
